What We Offer Competitive compensation Health insurance with no employee premium cost Dental insurance Life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation Employee vehicle purchase program Clean, professional work environment Ongoing job-specific training Career advancement opportunities Responsibilities Perform quality collision repairs on a variety of vehicles Straighten and measure vehicle frames Weld damaged panels and components as needed Repair or replace exterior body panels Maintain high standards for workmanship and attention to detail Work efficiently while following safety and quality procedures Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of automotive body repair experience State of Michigan Body Repair Certification required Proficient in body, frame, and mechanical repair Experience using frame measuring and straightening equipment Strong welding and panel repair/replacement skills I-CAR certifications are preferred but not required Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Good manual dexterity and ability to perform physical repair work Strong communication skills with customers and coworkers, both in person and by phone Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Must successfully complete background and driving record checks #J-18808-Ljbffr Art Moehn Auto Group
