Mammography Technologist

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Mammo Tech for a permanent role with an area healthcare client where you'll perform specialized examinations of the breast to help in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in patients.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Mammography (ARRT) (M) certification required.
• ARDMS required for Ultrasound candidates when applicable.
• Minimum of 12 years of recent mammography experience. Candidates with broader radiology experience who can float to X?ray and other imaging areas will be considered.
• BLS certification required.
• Availability for full-time schedule, 3240 hours per week. Days shift, MondayFriday. No weekends and no on?call requirements.
• Willingness to float among multiple outpatient locations within the region as needed.
• Ultrasound candidates should be able to perform general ultrasound exams. Familiarity with pelvic ultrasound is preferred. Expected ultrasound volume: approximately 815 patients per day.

• Position is based in Leesburg, VA in an outpatient facility setting.
• Schedule: Days. No weekends. No on?call responsibilities.
• Mammography technologists may float to other X?ray areas, which creates variety in daily duties and patient types.
• Patient population includes breast imaging patients; female candidates may be preferred for breast imaging assignments.
• Hiring manager will contact candidates directly for interviews.

Compensation Notes:

• Compensation is based on years of experience and role. Mammography and CT ranges are determined by the client and may be flexible for highly experienced candidates.
