Role Description: Designs, develops, and delivers workforce training programs aligned with organizational capability requirements. Conducts training needs assessments and collaborates with subject matter experts to produce engaging learning materials. Evaluates training effectiveness through performance metrics and continuous improvement processes.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $100,000-180,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
