Atlantic Coast Enterprises is looking for an excellent leader to fill our full-time Store Manager position at a Jiffy Lube location in Tampa, FL. You can earn a competitive salary with multiple bonus platforms up to $100,000 a year. You hire and train the right team members for the right roles. You are patient and know how to bring out the best in your staff. In addition to managing your staff, you also help grow our auto business by utilizing proven tools to promote guest satisfaction and profitability. Your sales and customer service skills are essential! Looking ahead, you plan and track budget forecasting models. You also take the initiative to ask the right questions that lead to innovation, progress, and success. This coupled with your leadership skills and ability to build relationships with employees and customers alike, ensures your success as a Store Manager at Jiffy Lube!

Qualifications for a Store Manager:

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Relevant sales and customer service experience
• Previous leadership experience a plus
