Production Team Lead

If you're someone who thrives on both leading people and improving processes, this role might be for you. You'll play a key part in coordinating daily production, driving efficiency, and fostering a strong, safety-first team culture.

What you'll be doing:

Leading a production team within the manufacturing module
Coordinating daily operations based on the production plan
Overseeing quality, safety, and efficiency using tools like SAP and visual management systems
Supporting continuous improvement efforts (Kaizen, ECR, CPI)
Training and mentoring new and existing team members

Position Details: $28–$35/hr DOE + Incentive/Bonus structure Full-time schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Hybrid role combining floor leadership and coordination tasks Medical, Dental, Vision benefits 401k with employer match

What we're looking for:

2–3 years of team lead experience
2–3 years of production experience
