As the general manager at our store you will hire & lead a team of 20-25 people, keep our store looking neat and organized, and provide great customer service. We work to keep a neat and organized workplace to ensure efficiency standards. Providing exceptional customer service is our #1 priority, so a friendly and positive attitude is always needed!

Requirements:

• Must live, eat and breathe fashion!
• Stellar knowledge of current teen and young adult fashion and brands
• Can handle a fast paced / high volume environment
• Amazing organizational and multitasking abilities
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Radiate positive energy
• Desire to have a career and grow with the company
• Must work one weeknight per week and one weekend per month for the first year
• 35 hours of sales floor support per week plus 5-10 hours of admin work that can be done remotely
