Member Support Specialist
Medical Guardian
Dedicated to providing exceptional service, the full-time remote Member Support Specialist will assist members with product activations, troubleshooting, billing inquiries, and account services while maintaining a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from members and caregivers, providing assistance with orders and account services Guide callers through troubleshooting and effectively using products or services while maintaining accurate member records De-escalate issues with dissatisfied members and promote additional products and services during interactions Required qualifications: 2+ years of experience in member service call center or member-facing roles Associate or bachelors degree preferred; high school diploma required Proficient in computer use with multitasking abilities Professional and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for serving others Effective active listening skills to ensure appropriate resolutions #J-18808-LjbffrVacancy posted 3 days ago
