Essential Functions:

1. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
2. Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
3. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
4. Stock supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars.
5. Sweep and scrub floors.
6. Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
7. Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
8. Clean and prepare various foods for cooking or serving.
9. Prepare and package individual place settings.
10. Working Under Pressure - Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations.
11. Resource Management (People & Equipment) - Ability to obtain and appropriate the proper usage of equipment, facilities, materials, as well as personnel.
12. Energetic - Ability to work at a sustained pace and produce quality work.
13. Dexterity - Ability to use knives and culinary machinery
