"Similar patients to 6N, but no stepdown patients: Cardiac patients, CR bands, post cath, AMI, Post-OP lung surgeries after out of CCU, respiratory failure, chest tubes, pacemakers, post PCI, will not pull sheaths, no art lines.Experience or 'Must have' skills"Please indicate any experience that travelers absolutely MUST have experience with to work on your unit?Is there any experience you prefer travelers to have, but are okay if they don't have the experience?Are you okay with first time travelers?"RN's must be able to titrate dripsAre RNs required to titrate drips?"Do you titrate any drips on your unit (Heparin, insulin, nitro, etc)?Does your unit take any set rate cardiac gtts (amio, dopamine, dobutamine, etc.)?"YesCommon titratable &/or set rate drips"What drips do you titrate? Does the charge nurse take an assignment?"Is there a charge nurse, lead, or supervisor available 24/7?Do they take a patient assignment? Is there a House Supervisor in house 24/7?"Charge Nurse 24/7.
