If so, The Pfister is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our Food & Beverage team and continue its iconic legacy. As a Food & Beverage Manager at The Pfister Hotel, you will be responsible for managing the lobby lounge and ensuring consistent delivery of luxury guest experiences across the Food & Beverage division.

Built in 1893, The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee has been a hotel icon for nearly 130 years. As one of the best hotels in Milwaukee and the Midwest, we continue to celebrate a grand tradition of gracious service and impeccable style. The Pfister Hotel has received AAA Four Diamond hotel status for 46 consecutive years. The hotel is one of only 11 properties throughout North America to maintain the AAA Four Diamond designation since the inception of the Diamond Rating program in 1976.

What you will be doing:

• Oversee nightly (4pm start) lobby lounge operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and resolve concerns quickly.
• Supervise, train, and develop caf associates.
• Assist in controlling costs, labor, and expenses to meet budget goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth caf operations.
• Assist with menu planning and promotional activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Food & Beverage department.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• 35 years of progressive food & beverage management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets and priorities simultaneously.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to develop management staff.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
