Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time hours
• Flexibility required for occasional floating and varied caseloads

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in Michigan
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and electronic documentation systems
• Commitment to annual OSHA training and safe patient practices

• Evaluate, plan, and implement patient-focused therapy interventions
• Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home protocols
• Document treatment response, update records, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
• Supervise support staff and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Recommend, order, and assist with adaptive equipment needs
• Foster continuous improvement and support program development
