The Chef will be responsible for meal preparation, menu planning, maintaining kitchen safety and hygiene standards, and managing inventory. The role also involves working closely with kitchen staff and providing guidance to ensure high-quality food service. The candidate will be expected to uphold the standards of the MMI Hotel Group and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
