Overnight Veterinary Client Service Representative Veterinary Specialty Hospital of Roseville is open 24 hours a day and is staffed by a team of highly skilled, compassionate veterinarians and veterinary technicians who are extensively trained in emergency medicine and intensive care. We are committed to working closely with families and local veterinarians to provide the best care for pets. We are hiring a full‑time Client Service Representative, Sunday – Wednesday. About the Role: The Client Care Specialist will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills at all times to represent the organization and perform day‑to‑day front‑desk operations. Shift and Schedule Information: Full time overnight position Compensation range: $22.00 – $30.00 hourly Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday, overnights Responsibilities and Duties: Welcome clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely Educate and advise clients regarding hospital services and practices Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for clients at all times Process admissions and discharges accurately; schedule follow‑up appointments as necessary Process invoices and payments accurately Update and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with veterinary specialty hospital legal requirements Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing and emailing About You: Veterinary clinic experience is preferred Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others Fundamental knowledge of Windows‑based computer programs Proven effective communication and the ability to multitask and prioritize Ability to recognize and seek guidance in all client‑related cases where protocol does not apply Exceptional customer service is expected Minimum Qualifications: Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commitment to developing long‑term relationships with colleagues, clients, and the community Qualifications and Skills: Cultivate a positive atmosphere and demonstrate a friendly, courteous attitude with all co‑workers to maintain a cohesive work team Maintain excellent communication skills to ensure professionalism and effectiveness in all interactions with clients and co‑workers Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize and delegate Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills Must be organized and detail‑oriented to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all transactions Able to work in high‑stress situations and exercise good judgment as needed Present a neat, well‑groomed appearance Benefits of Working at VSH Roseville: Full‑time benefits include pet insurance, health, dental, vision, disability and life insurances, flex‑spending accounts, 401(k), Employee Assistance Program, paid time off, uniforms and CE allowance.
