Contract Negotiator

Owning the end-to-end negotiation process, the full-time Senior Contract Negotiator will manage redlines, draft contract language, and negotiate terms directly with customer counsel and procurement teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own redlines and draft language for various agreements, including MSAs and NDAs Negotiate directly with customer counsel and coordinate with internal stakeholders without legal intermediaries Maintain records of negotiation positions to streamline future discussions Required qualifications 10+ years of experience negotiating commercial technology agreements, particularly in enterprise SaaS Deep understanding of key contractual clauses that affect deal closure Proven ability to draft clauses that address commercial issues effectively Demonstrated autonomy in managing deals from start to finish JD or experience as a senior paralegal/contract manager
