Electrical Industrial Maintenance Technician

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) seeks an Electrical Industrial Maintenance Technician for the PCA Box Plant in Liverpool, NY. Position Summary Location: 4471 Steelway Blvd S, Liverpool, NY 13090. Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $32.79 - $36.67 per hour based on mechanical and electrical skills and experience. Overtime: 1.5× pay for hours over 8 per shift, 1.5× pay for hours over 40 per week, 1.5× pay for Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and additional overtime on holidays. Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment. Perform preventive maintenance activities. Respond to breakdown calls in a production environment. Work as part of a maintenance team. Participate in multicraft training to develop additional skills. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery. Technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Trades preferred. Experience in corrugated packaging or printing industry preferred. Authorized to work in the United States. Ability to work third shift; opportunities to change shifts as production schedules change. Compensation and Benefits Starting salary: $32.79 per hour. Annual bonus based on plant performance metrics. Paid vacation: 2 weeks per calendar year; pro‑rated for first year hires. Paid holidays.
