Job Description Cabinetworks Group is America's 2nd largest manufacturer of kitchen and bath cabinets. We are seeking new team members to work in 100% Doors/Frames on First Shift. We offer hourly wage, overtime, and a full benefits package including employee discounts. Responsibilities Understand written and verbal instructions and follow them accurately. Complete work with accuracy and efficiency. Construct cabinets in all phases. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Specific Tasks (Puller/Packer & Assembly) Puller – Doors, Fronts, Frames, Backs, End Panels, Dovetail, Shelves, Specials, Water spider, Misc, Tops & Bottoms. Puller/Packer – Fillers, Molding, Toe Kicks, Panels, Doors, BTKs (Base Tray Kits). KAAT Assembly – Hardware, Hinger, Door Hang, Box Build & Core to Front Roughcut. Computer experience/usage, ability to use Oracle (ERP system). Eligibility and Skills One year of production experience or similar in an assembly, carpentry, or detail-oriented environment (preferred). Two to three years of work experience. Knowledge of safe work practices. High School diploma or GED (preferred). Ability to read a tape measure in standard and metric units. Math skills. Ability to read/write. Ability to operate various tools. Previous scanner experience. Ladder usage at heights greater than ground level. Ability to learn door styles and colors of specs. Ability to work in a team environment. Physical Requirements May be required to lift up to 30 lbs frequently. Hand dexterity and strength. Overtime may be required, including weekends.
