Director of Rehab - Physical Therapist

Rehab Director OpportunityJackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.Minimum RequirementsGraduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy with a bachelor's or associate degree.Active state license in Florida required to start.Previous management or lead clinician experience in an outpatient therapy setting preferred.Experience recruiting, hiring, and onboarding clinical staff.Demonstrated experience developing and implementing clinical policies, procedures, and quality assurance processes.Ability to create and manage staff schedules and caseload distribution.Experience with patient care evaluation, outcome measurement, and care coordination.Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic data reporting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and referring providers.BenefitsOpportunities for direct hire, temp-to-hire, and travel contracts through nationwide partnerships.Access to career resources including an AI-enhanced career app.Potential eligibility for relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses depending on client and position.Location HighlightsDiscover Haines City, FL, and the surrounding Central Florida region.
