\n Job Summary\n
\n The Sandblaster is responsible for preparing metal components for painting and finishing by operating sandblasting equipment to remove rust, scale, and other surface contaminants. This role helps ensure finished products meet quality standards and production schedules.\n

\n Job Duties\n

\n
• Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare metal surfaces
\n
• Remove rust, paint, scale, and other contaminants from metal parts
\n
• Inspect parts before and after blasting to ensure proper surface preparation
\n
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area
\n
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
\n
• Assist with other production tasks as needed
\n

\n Pay\n
\n $17.00–19.00+/hour, depending on experience\n

\n
\n

\n Schedule\n
\n Monday – Friday\n

\n 7:00 AM -3:00 PM\n

\n 3:00 PM- 11:00 PM\n
\n 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM\n

\n
\n

\n Experience or Skills Requirements\n

\n
• 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience preferred
\n
• Previous sandblasting or surface preparation experience is a plus
\n
• Ability to lift, move, and handle metal parts throughout the shift
\n
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
\n
• Ability to wear required PPE, including a blasting hood and respirator, as needed
\n
