Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Summary Morgan & Morgan is looking for a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our rapidly expanding personal injury practice in the Knoxville, TN office. The role focuses on motor vehicle accident cases in Tennessee, including trial preparation, depositions, settlements, and in‑court representation. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in TN. Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, demands, motions, and memoranda of law. Guiding plaintiff clients through the case process. Interacting with expert witnesses, including conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits. Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances on behalf of plaintiffs. Qualifications Law degree (J.D./JD/Juris Doctor) from an ABA accredited law school. An active member in good standing with the Tennessee State Bar. Ideally 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience (preferably motor vehicle/automobile liability). Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases and take them to trial. Excellent client service and communication skills. Self‑starter driven by long‑term career goals.
