Paid Marketing Specialist Lead paid media strategy and drive revenue growth through performance‑driven copywriting, testing, and adjustments. Your Mission Drive revenue growth through strategic paid media execution, performance‑driven copywriting, and relentless testing. Launch and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and more Manage budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to hit KPIs Scale winning campaigns and shut down underperformers quickly Maintain meticulous tracking and performance reporting Stay ahead of trends and platform updates Direct Response Copy & Creative (40%) Write high‑converting ad copy that grabs, hooks, and sells Collaborate with design/video to create compelling creative assets Conduct audience and competitor research to inform ad angles Develop briefs, test hooks, and continuously iterate messaging Push boundaries on creative while staying ROI‑focused Optimization & Analysis (20%) Analyze campaign data daily—CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPA—to avoid missed opportunities Use GA4, ad platforms, and heatmaps to guide optimizations Align with the broader marketing team on funnel and CRO strategies Identify and implement performance‑based improvements quickly Qualifications 3+ years of hands‑on paid media experience focused on direct response Proven results managing $60K+ per month in ad spend Ability to write irresistible, scroll‑stopping copy Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Sophisticated analytical skills with the ability to read dashboards and act Creative‑technical mind thriving in a fast‑paced team Obsession with testing, optimizing, and scaling Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or a high‑growth startup (preferred) Familiarity with ClickFunnels, WebinarJam, or HubSpot (preferred) Passion for books, learning, and personal development (preferred) Tools Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads GA4, Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) Slack, Asana, Notion ClickFunnels, WebinarJam (preferred) Optional: HubSpot, Canva, ChatGPT Benefits Salary 47,000–70,000 annually based on experience and results Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid Time Off plus paid holidays Monthly self‑care stipend Growth‑minded culture with investment in personal and professional development This is a full‑time, in‑person role based in Austin, TX. #J-18808-Ljbffr Self Publishing, Inc.
