Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain asphalt tack distributor trucks safely and efficiently.
• Prepare and apply tack coat to surfaces as part of the paving process.
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure quality application.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment.
• Collaborate with crew members to ensure smooth operations on job sites.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and work performed.
• Assist with other construction tasks as needed to support the team.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) required.
• Experience operating asphalt tack distributor trucks preferred.
• Strong understanding of paving processes and materials.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physical environments.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Previous construction experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
