Embrace standardized tools and effectively deploy administrative tasksDrive, promote and influence Operational Excellence Principles for Leader standard of Work and 6s processesEffectively communicate information to direct reports and pass information up the management chain, while maintaining trust and confidentialityConsistently monitor machinery, processes, tools and work cell layouts in order to recommend improvements that yield increases in profit and quality levels and decreases potential safety hazardsPromote continuous improvement involvement along with timely completion of all corrective actions assignedWorking with multiple software platforms (Microsoft Office, SAP, Kronos, MyHR, etc.)2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment2+ years of supervisorial experienceExperience working in an ERP system (SAP)Associate degree or higher in business or manufacturing related disciplineThis position does not qualify for VISA sponsorship.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
