Minimum Requirements

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active California physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility or post-acute care settings preferred.
Ability to document patient care according to facility policies and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
Experience with restorative nursing programs and interdisciplinary care teams preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift hours: 0800-1630.
Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Guaranteed weekly hours: 35.
Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
