Job Summary:

A Multi-modality Technologist specializing in CT and X-Ray provides high-quality imaging and patient care. This role involves effectively explaining procedures, producing diagnostic images, and ensuring patient safety and comfort within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Operate CT and X-ray equipment to capture accurate diagnostic images.
  
  
• 
  Explain imaging procedures clearly to patients to ensure comfort and cooperation.
  
  
• 
  Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures according to protocols.
  
  
• 
  Produce images suitable for interpretation by licensed practitioners.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with safety standards and complete necessary documentation.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to all regulatory and institutional policies, including radiation safety.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Registered in Radiography (ARRT R) and Computed Tomography (ARRT C).
  
  
• 
  Certified by SCRQSA and hold BLS and ACLS certifications (pending acceptable if obtained within 2-3 weeks).
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 2 years of clinical imaging experience.
  
  
• 
  Proficient in Siemens imaging equipment and PACS systems.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong patient communication skills and technical proficiency.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced setting.
