Crisis-Response Security Specialist - Healthcare

Johnson Memorial Health in Franklin, IN seeks a De-Escalation Security Specialist to support crisis response, de-escalation, and patient safety across the facilities. You will conduct rounds, monitor access, and assist with emergencies while documenting incidents in accordance with CMS standards and hospital policies.
Responsibilities include escorting staff and patients, enforcing security procedures, and coordinating with BHU leadership to maintain a safe environment.
