Our communities are growing and so are our teams! We’re hiring a Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) in Avondale, AZ. In this role, you will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing five‑star service that makes Mark‑Taylor communities feel like home. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with forecasting and a proactive plan for financial performance of the asset Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements Mark‑Taylor is an equal opportunity employer and a drug‑free workplace.
