What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in pediatric and neonatal respiratory care
• Valid NC license and RRT credential in hand
• Proficiency in airway management, ABGs, ventilator and NIV management, nebulizer treatments, medication administration, and suction
• Knowledge of respiratory therapies such as BiPAP, CPAP, and oxygen therapy
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS required
• Experience in community hospital settings, with willingness to float and potentially cover emergency departments, critical care units, and surgical floors

Nice to Have Skills:

• L&D experience is a plus
• Previous assignments involving neonates and pediatrics
• Exposure to pulmonary toileting, bronchoscopy procedures, and advanced respiratory therapies

Preferred Education and Experience:

• At least 2 years of specialized pediatric and neonatal respiratory experience
• Prior travel experience preferred but not mandatory; local candidates encouraged to apply

Other Requirements:

• Shift: Night 3x12-hour shifts (6/10/2026 start date), working from 18:45 to 07:15
• On-call requirements: 3 shifts per 6-week period, with floating as needed
• Must pass a comprehensive 24-hour orientation
• No scrubs provided; black attire preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination and adherence to all safety protocols
