Bin Room Associate BuggyBusters is a fast‑paced retail environment located in Douglasville, GA. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer‑oriented employees to join our team as Bin Room Associates. Responsibilities Greet customers with a warm and welcoming smile. Answer customer questions about products, promotions, and store policies. Assist customers in finding the products they need. Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently. Assist with inventory control and stock takes. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Perform other assigned duties as requested. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and exceeding customer expectations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Detail‑oriented and organized. Experience in retail sales is a plus. Able to stand 8–12 hours per shift. Able to lift up to 30 lbs (greater with team lift) and gather shopping carts while maintaining a clean work area. Benefits Starting pay $15.00 per hour.
