Product Manager for AI Training [Remote]

Shape how next-generation AI systems handle real product management work by creating and evaluating high-quality PM deliverables drawn from authentic workflows. This remote, US-based contract role focuses on setting a rigorous standard for product documentation, strategic reasoning, and executive communication. Prior AI experience is not required. Key Responsibilities

• Design realistic product management scenarios involving specifications, launch reviews, executive updates, and strategy memos.
• Create gold-standard PRDs, launch memos, roadmap decks, executive reviews, cross-functional briefs, and other senior-level PM deliverables.
• Evaluate AI-generated work for structure, prioritization logic, technical depth, and stakeholder clarity.
• Write detailed scoring rubrics that distinguish leadership-ready communications from early drafts.
• Identify and annotate common issues in PM materials, including vague objectives, missing tradeoffs, and unclear prioritization.
• Ensure task designs reflect authentic, high-impact product management workflows.

• At least 4 years of product management experience at a major technology company, such as FAANG, Microsoft, or an organization of similar scale.
• Deep experience owning PRDs, launch documentation, roadmaps, and executive presentations.
• Strong command of product management frameworks, including Jobs to Be Done, opportunity solution trees, or prioritization models.
• Excellent technical writing skills and native-level written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences.
• Experience in product strategy, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder management in high-growth environments.
• Strong deck creation, rubric development, product reasoning, and product management skills.
• A master''s degree, such as an MBA or MS in a relevant technical field, is preferred.
