Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Our client, a leading manufacturing operation in Henderson, CO, is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the operations team supporting the daily manufacturing activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization. Location: Henderson, CO Pay Range: $24 Shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm What's the Job? Enforce safety standards, achieve production goals, and maintain quality standards Provide leadership and mentorship to the production team on-site Cross-train in all roles within the operation to ensure flexibility and efficiency Oversee production processes and perform quality checks regularly Assist in managing docks, loading, and unloading as needed to support operations What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years' experience managing teams in a warehouse or similar environment Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively Strong communication skills to coordinate with plant management Ability to adapt and realign staff to meet operational needs efficiently What's in it for me?
