Details Emergency Department setting within an acute care hospital Day shift schedule, 12-hour shifts (0700-1930), 36 or 48 hours per week EPIC experience required Requirements Active CA RN license required BLS certification required (AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS) ACLS certification required (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS) PALS certification required (AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS) NRP certification required (AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS) Minimum three years of recent experience in the ER specialty required BSN preferred Acute care facility experience preferred No prior license disciplinary actions permitted Additional Information Deliver coordinated nursing care to assigned patients according to established standards and the nursing process Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care across disciplines Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnosis and care planning Develop and implement care plans, evaluate patient outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to provide safe, humane, and caring treatment Provide patient and family education and participate in discharge planning for continuity of care Delegate and coordinate duties among healthcare team members Required vaccinations must be completed as a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions available Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off will not be considered Local candidates accepted with no radius restriction, and local pay rates match travel rates American Traveler Job ID P-748729.
