9:30 am - 6:30 pm

About the Role: We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Daycare Teacher to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment where young children can grow, learn, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Teach foundational skills including letter recognition, phonics, numbers, colors, and shapes
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and daily activities
• Follow all state licensing requirements and center policies
• Assist with meals, snacks, and naptime routines
• Document children's development and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred but not necessary
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
• Willing to obtain Current CPR and First Aid certification (Paid for by Company)
• Ability to pass background checks
• Patient, energetic, and genuinely passionate about working with children
• Strong communication skills with both children and parents
