Responsibilities Provide maintenance support to all areas of the facility and production environment. Isolate and repair electrical/electronic control circuits to the component level. Use electrical/electronic test instruments for problem isolation. Interpret blueprints and circuit diagrams to solve problems. Use hand tools for machinery repairs and motor control diagnosis. Diagnose PLC systems, use laptop programs, and troubleshoot sensors and controls. Install or replace VFD, DC, or servo drives and program them to factory specifications. Connect electrical heating circuits and temperature feedback devices for monitoring and controls. Work the 3rd shift (Sunday through Thursday, 11:20pm to 7:10am). Qualifications Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance with exposure to machinery, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ideal to hold a certificate or career program degree in Industrial Electric Systems or an applicable trade school program. Ability to read, understand, and comprehend written or oral instruction, technical data, blueprints, and other documentation. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Own tools and possess good mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting machinery. Ability to safely use power and non‑power hand tools. Operational forklift, scissor lift, boom lift experience and annual certification.
