Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Med/Surg and Telemetry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be patient-oriented and possess the ability to work effectively within a team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients
• Administer medications and treatment as prescribed
• Monitor patient vitals and report any changes to the care team
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment options

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a Med/Surg /Telemetry setting
• Current RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Certification
• Handle with Care training is required
