Position Purpose This position is responsible for Facilitating Classroom & Hands‑On Training for all New Hire & Existing Team members in Manufacturing. Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities Run & Coordinate New Hire Orientation Efforts Facilitate New Hire Training for Manufacturing Employees Facilitate Forklift (PIV) Training for New & Existing Employees Facilitate JCB Equipment Training New & Existing Employees Conduct New Hire Follow Ups for each employee within their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd week. Conduct SOP/Training Audits to identify Training opportunities. Facilitate Annual Safety Topics as Needed Maintaining Training Records & Compliance Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Training Experience in a Manufacturing Environment Minimum of 2 years of Heavy Equipment Experience Must speak both English and Spanish fluently Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre-employment tests, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable law. Preferred Qualifications Facilitation Certificate Five years of experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a high‑stress environment. Detail-oriented and able to work independently. Collaborative approach to resolving issues impacting various groups across the enterprise. Ability to understand processes (system and non-system), troubleshoot, develop, and recommend solutions. Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and be a self‑motivated team player. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Microsoft Project. Job Conditions Manufacturing/factory environment. Must be able to perform the following requirements of bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time. Must be able to work in multiple climates including hot/cold temperatures, and dusty environment.
