Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Night Cook to join our culinary team at The Waters of Muncie. As a key member of our dietary department, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious meals to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals for our residents, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards

• Order and inventory food and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources

• Collaborate with our dietary staff to plan and execute special events and themed meals

• Develop and implement creative menus that cater to our residents' diverse tastes and dietary needs

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1+ years of experience in a cooking or food service environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
