Warehouse Manager - HVAC Company

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing HVAC equipment and supplies
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to ensure timely availability of materials
Manage warehouse staff, providing training, supervision, and performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Prepare reports on inventory levels, shipments, and warehouse performance metrics

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within the HVAC or construction industry
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse safety standards
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
