1st Shift - Manufacturing Team Member ( C- Shift)

1st Shift - Team Member Shift

The shift time is 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM (12 hours). Will rotate as follows:

• C shift - Thursday, Friday, Saturday, E/O Wednesday
• 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, two days off, etc.

Training will be held on the 10-hour shifts and then they will move to the 12-hour shift.

The shift allows for overtime with two weekends off every month. The schedule is handed out in advance so they can plan appointments, vacations, etc. as needed.

Pay Rate is $18 per hour.

Our client is holding Information Sessions every day from 10AM11AM and 2pm-3pm. You are welcome to send any candidates over at those times.

Hiring process:

• We will notify client that we have a potential "fit"
• Client will provide us a link to have them complete your application through client's website
• The associate will be scheduled to attend a group interview
• During the interview process - they will see a video of the production facility, they will also complete a facility tour
• The offer will be extended contingent on passing a background check and hair sample drug screen - administered by Daicel.

Manufacturing Team Member: Team Members will be trained in all areas of production and perform job requirements according to the specific area's Standard Operating Procedures to fabricate and assemble company products.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years old and have a HS Diploma or GED
• Must be a US Citizen or have a permanent resident card
• No felony charges even if reduced to a misdemeanor charge later on
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must be able to pass a drug test (Including Marijuana with or without a medical card)
• Basic Math and computer skills
• Ability to work with small parts
• Must have reliable transportation!!
