Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual, comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' strengths and needs, enabling personalized care.
• Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing techniques tailored to various mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to coordinate integrated treatment plans, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support.
• Advocate for clients' rights, facilitating access to vital community resources and supplementary support services as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in electronic health records (EHR) to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences, enhancing your clinical knowledge and skills through ongoing education and peer consultation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on individuals dealing with a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. The diverse client base at our community health clinic includes children, adolescents, and adults from different socio-economic backgrounds, requiring you to adapt your approach and techniques to effectively meet each client’s specific needs.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services.
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for clients.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the capacity to build rapport with diverse populations.
• A commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice in all areas of work.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with evidence-based practices, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Background working in community health settings or with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
