Pay Rate: $16.90/Hour, Plus Tips opportunity!

Purpose

The Valet is responsible for welcoming guests upon arrival, promptly retrieving their vehicles, maintaining organized records of parked vehicles, and ensuring safe and efficient parking.

Duties & Responsibilities

Effectively and efficiently park customer vehicles.

Return customer vehicles upon request in a timely fashion.

Greet customers in a courteous manner; provide Premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help.

Communicate with customers and staff who have general inquiries about parking, parking locations, and guest services.

If applicable at the location, accept cash payments for valet services.

Work independently and as part of the team

Observe safety precautions at all times.

Accurately use claim check process to return the correct vehicle to each guest.

Follow all procedures and policies to ensure the safety of all employees and guests.

Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

High School Diploma preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Must have valid CA Driver's License

Clean "MVR" Motor Vehicle Report

Excellent communication skills including writing and speaking.

Teamwork and collaboration skills

Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

Work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds and smoke, the severity of which depends upon guest volume.

Fast paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant

Work varied shifts to include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
