# Kitchen Key Holder - Hourly Position
**Ready to step up and lead?** We're hiring a reliable Kitchen Key Holder to help manage our busy kitchen operations.
## What You'll Do
- **Lead the kitchen team** during your shifts - you're the go-to person when management isn't around
- **Open/close the kitchen** safely and handle key responsibilities
- **Train new team members** and ensure food quality standards are met
- **Manage inventory** and coordinate with suppliers
- **Handle basic administrative tasks** like scheduling and reporting
## What We're Looking For
- **2+ years kitchen experience** (restaurant, catering, or food service)
- **Leadership skills** - you can motivate a team and solve problems quickly
- **Reliable and trustworthy** - we're counting on you to secure our operation
- **Physical stamina** for fast-paced kitchen work
- **Flexible schedule** including nights, weekends, and holidays
