Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement effective policies, procedures, and programs that align with our mission and values.
• Quality Care: Oversee the delivery of high-quality care services, ensuring that residents receive individualized attention and support to meet their unique needs.
• Staff Management: Lead and mentor a team of skilled nursing professionals, providing guidance and coaching to promote exceptional care and teamwork.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between the nursing department, residents, and families, fostering open communication and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and laws, maintaining accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:

• Licensure: Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting, with a focus on nursing leadership and management
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Certifications: BLS certification required; other relevant certifications (e.g., CNA, MDS) a plus
