Position Summary We’re Hiring: Financial Counselor I ORMC Emergency Department Registration Overnight Shift Join Orlando Health and help provide an exceptional patient experience from the moment patients arrive! What You’ll Do: Assist patients with insurance and financial information Complete accurate patient registration and data entry Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other payments Verify insurance benefits and authorizations Provide compassionate, professional customer service Work in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment What We’re Looking For: ✅ High school diploma or equivalent ✅ 2+ years of financial, business office, or customer service experience ✅ Microsoft Office and PC/Windows proficiency ✅ Strong typing, communication, and customer service skills ✅ Flexibility to work overnights, weekends, and holidays Ready to grow your career with Orlando Health?
