Regional CDL-A Driver - PTO accrues from day one

This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic. Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $76,669 and we are offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time.


Job Details:

• $0.53-$0.58 per mile
• Detention pay: $20 per hour
• Drop and hook pay: $35 per stop
• Live load/unload: $62 per stop
• Hazmat pay: $25 per load
• Refrigerated: $30 per load
• Driver assist event: $25 per load
• Empty moves: $20 per load
• Equipment cleaning: $20 per hour
• Mechanical breakdown pay: $20 per hour
• Rail delay pay: $20 per hour
• Refused delivery: $35 per stop
• TONU: $20 per event
• Yard checks: $15 per hour
• Layover: $200 per day
• Safety training and mandatory meeting pay per hour: $20
• New hire training pay: $20 per hour
• Holiday pay: $200 per day????????????????????
• Frequent home time
• Majority no touch freight
• Onsite management
• Paid online orientation
