Regional lane reliability and scheduling consistency give experienced CDL-A drivers a straightforward Monday through Friday workweek with steady freight movement and dependable weekends at home. Rouse Trucking operates 350 trucks throughout the Northeast.

Weekly Earnings: $1,350 to $1,450 paid each Friday by direct deposit | Additional compensation for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during your first weeks

Running Area: Drivers cover regional freight lanes across the Northeast and portions of the Midwest. Runs average around 250 miles, supporting regular freight movement without extended time between stops.

About 50% of loads are drop and hook to help keep freight moving efficiently

Regional freight is no-touch, so drivers aren't responsible for loading or unloading

Home Time: Drivers operate Monday through Friday and are off Saturday and Sunday | The weekly 48-hour reset provides consistent weekend home time

Your Truck:

Late-model 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia assigned to each CDL-A driver with no slip seating

Refrigerator, battery-powered APU, 1,500-watt inverter, double bunks, SiriusXM, and 24-inch HD TV

Equipment: Assigned Cascadias are maintained on schedule and set up for time on regional routes. Drivers have climate-controlled sleeper space along with refrigeration, entertainment, and power for personal electronics.

Requirements:

Valid CDL-A and a minimum of one year of documented over-the-road driving experience

Experienced drivers should be comfortable with regional freight movement and a consistent Monday through Friday schedule
