Supervisor Retail Full‑time Retail Supervisor responsible for overseeing and directing the activities of associates within assigned territories. The role involves managing store audits, merchandising standards, client relationships, and budget control to meet sales and business objectives. Maintain client objectives by ensuring products are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics. Build and maintain client relationships, schedule client work appointments, and provide excellent service. Monitor and control expenses within position and team budget standards. Communicate accurately and timely with direct reports for administrative and coaching duties. Coordinate call coverage through scheduling and report review. Prepare accurate and timely paperwork, reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, and expense reports. Qualifications Associate’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Minimum 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to complete multiple duties amid frequent changes and competing deadlines. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience & Knowledge Good written communication and verbal communication skills. Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work independently and gather data for reports. Familiarity with Word, Excel, and internet usage. Travel & Physical Requirements Travel and driving are essential; up to 30% travel. Must be able to perform essential functions in various environments (office, retail store, warehouse). Requires at least 66% of the time engaging in physical activity, lifting or pushing up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in cold conditions.
