Project Manager New York, NY Construction
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a GC/CM Client in New York city. Our Client is busy and needs to add to their current team. The ideal Candidate will have 5+ Years of experience on construction projects in New York city. You must have the ability to run a project and the team. You will be expected to do the following:
- Buyout and contract issuance
- AIA requisition procurement and review
- Project schedule drafting, management and tracking
- Change order issuance & ACR tracking
- Owner / Design Team / Expediter interfacing & collaboration
- TCO familiarity & project close outs
- Manage and direct subcontractors, APMs, etc.
We expect you to also have the basic skills of reading drawings proficiently, analyze submittals, use Procore, use Microsoft, and use Excel. If you would like to learn more about this opportunity contact Luther at View email address on click.appcast.io
