Who You Are: A sharp, self-directed sales professional with 2–5 years of B2B or medical device sales experience Driven by relationships, strategy, and results —not just activity Fearless in the field, whether you're knocking on ASC doors or navigating hospital hierarchies Someone who can earn trust with physicians while mapping decision-making dynamics on the fly Motivated by autonomy, impact, and a compensation plan that rewards hustle What You’ll Do: Own your territory. Scout new physician groups, ASCs, and hospitals in need of urology solutions Build relationships from scratch, starting with cold calls and strategic drop-ins Lead discovery conversations and intro meetings to position HealthTronics’ advanced solutions, including MRI Fusion and URSolutions Qualify leads and transition viable prospects to our Business Development Directors Represent the HealthTronics brand at industry events, conferences, and clinical settings Feed leadership market intel and competitive trends that sharpen our growth strategy Why Join HealthTronics?
