  Cleveland Wheel and Brake Systems (CWBS) is a systems integrator that provides aircraft braking systems and key system components including wheels, brakes, and hydraulic components for the general aviation, turboprop, business jet, rotorcraft and military markets. Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Leads large or strategically significant projects involving multiple stakeholders, departments, or business functions. Provides leadership in project management practices, mentors other project managers, and ensures projects deliver measurable business outcomes.

All roles at Signia are expected to support the company’s operating model (SOAR) and contribute to the organization’s business value drivers, Profitable New Business, Productivity, Precision M&A, and Value-Based Pricing, through operational excellence, continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer focus.

Key Deliverables of the Position

1) Lead planning and execution of large, complex, or cross-functional projects.

2) Establish project governance, structure, and execution frameworks.

3) Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and program timelines.

4) Partner with senior leaders to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.

5) Monitor project risks, dependencies, and cross-functional impacts.

6) Provide executive-level reporting and project performance metrics.

7) Mentor junior project managers and support development of project management practices.

8) Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

Education and Experience

• Advanced knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies

• Experience leading complex enterprise projects and multi-disciplinary teams

• PMP certification preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline

• Minimum 4–6 years of project management experience

• Proven record of successful project delivery & Execution
