CNC Lathe & Mill Operator

Location: East Houston Area
Pay: Based on Experience
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 7:00 AM-6:00 PM
Overtime: Friday overtime and weekends as needed

LINK Staffing is hiring CNC Machine Operators for a machine shop position in the East Houston area. Openings are available for both entry-level candidates with industrial experience and experienced CNC operators with lathe or mill background. This role works a Monday-Thursday schedule with overtime available on Fridays.

What You'll Do

• Operate CNC lathes and machining equipment
• Load materials and monitor machine cycles
• Inspect parts during production runs
• Support machining operations and production flow
• Use measuring tools and follow work instructions
• Keep work areas clean and safe

What We're Looking For

• Industrial, fabrication, or machining experience preferred
• CNC lathe or CNC mill experience preferred for advanced openings
• Experience with manual machining equipment is a plus
• Able to work overtime and occasional weekends
• Comfortable working in a machine shop environment
• Reliable attendance and attention to detail
